The Problem Solving Company has been running a mobile team building service in East Sussex for schools since 2007. Our fun and educational days are a regular feature in many schools calendars. With a large repertoire of enrichment activities on offer schools can choose from days like Adventure Squad for Primary Schools (KS2), The Challenge Carousel for Secondary Schools (KS3, KS4, KS5) or perhaps our Bushcraft & Survival Day. Our catalogue of activities is constantly growing with Mobile Laser Tag being launched more recently.

Team Challenges For All Ages
What better way to boost morale and enhance collaboration between new or existing students, than one of our enrichment team building days? We offer instructor-led workshops using large hands-on equipment that brings students together and inspires critical thinking. Our activities on these days require students to think quickly when trying to retrieve an object from water in ‘deep sea rescue’, adapt and consider the whole team when entering ‘global warming’, use ropes creatively to dispose of the ‘toxic waste’ and much more. When these events are run on a large scale with multiple groups, the day can be run as a competition. This allows all the students to try out each activity and build up a score throughout the day. The group at the end who has completed the activities to the highest standard and has shown the best foundation of a team will win a prize.

Escape Rooms At Schools
Can you break into our escape box in time? Our timed escape box challenge brings all the excitement and exhilaration of an escape room but inverts the premise. Your students must work their way through locks by solving clues and finally ‘break’ into their box. This challenge is accessible to students from Year 3 upwards and we have multiple versions of this challenge to cater to the curriculum of the differing year groups. You can choose from team-building focused escape courses to more educational topics such as maths, history and science.

Multi Activity Days
Put your putting skills to the test and try out our Crazy Golf Course. A fun experience with 10 holes of crazy shots. This impressive activity arrives at your school and is set up for you, all that is required is a space like a hall or a field that can fit the course comfortably. Alternatively have your students try a game of Laser Tag. These activities are a great addition to a team-building day as a fun ‘extra’ but can be run on their own.

Inclusive Pricing
At the Problem Solving Company, the price quoted in East Sussex will always be the price you pay, the only addition that we legally have to charge is VAT and most schools tend to be able to claim this back. This is because we understand that there is nothing worse than planning an event with a company, when working with a budget and the price suddenly increases over accommodation or insurance. The price we quote will cover the number of instructors needed to be on a 1 to 30 ratio and all the necessary charges included with hosting an event, so nothing is hidden.
