When we run our School Team Building Days in Bristol, schools are always amazed at how many different activities we bring with us in our branded ‘The Problem Solving Company’ vans. We aim to run varied activities for different year groups so that should we return the year after, a different range will be participated in. As well as the number of activities we bring, schools frequently comment on the soft skills in the delivery of our team building days. Types Of Problem Solving & Team Building Activities
All our activities are based around Problem Solving & team Building. This allows us to provide activities for a wide range of activities and events. Problem Solving, being a key skill of mathematics, lends itself to our numeracy focused days. It also allows for many cross curricular links across a broad selection of subjects. Our Team Building days whilst still based on problem solving brings into focus the many PSHE targets set by schools.

Since our inception in 2007 The Problem Solving Company have worked with schools with additional needs. We have found that with such a varied range of abilities in such schools that our Carousel style days’ work perfectly. This is because each of these days has a range of 32 activities available. Combine this variety of activity with no fixed time allocation, provides the perfect. environments for each group to thrive on challenges that suit them.

This is the perfect way to let your class feel what it is like to complete a real escape room without the extensive hassle of having to organise a school trip. Our escape challenges are suitable for all students from early KS2 upwards and come in a range of topics including but not exclusive to: Maths, Science, Egyptology and other historical civilisations and events. We appreciate space is a precious commodity for some schools, so this activity is ideal for a school hall or a large classroom.

This allows not just the large companies of the UK to benefit. No Hidden Costs
Since 2007 we have often looked at the best way to charge schools for our Mobile Team Building Days. When we have spoken to schools, they say the most important thing is to have no hidden costs and to know what exactly they are paying for. Our booking paperwork details the cost and the number of instructors who will be present on the day. We do not charge extra for travel, insurance or for overnight stays. It does not matter where you are in Bristol the price will be the same. We do have to charge VAT but most schools will get this back.
