Orienteering is an activity that schools so often do not take full advantage of. The Problem Solving Company can bring a variety of exercises based on map reading. From the first steps through to using successfully using a compass and walking on bearings to understanding how we can measure distances without the use of a tape measure.
Orienteering can be a leisurely paced activity or a full speed competition and can be run as an individual event or in teams. The Problem Solving Company can run orienteering sessions as a stand alone activity or we can incorporate it into our other activity days such as our Shipwrecked which is our Primary School Bushcraft and Survival Day and our Secondary School Bushcraft and Survival Day.
