Surrey School Team Building Days
Surrey has always been frequently visited by The Problem Solving Company and our School Team Building Days. In fact the very first school Team Building activity day that we ran was in Surrey. This was back in 2007. We have since visited thousands of schools working with students across the age ranges. We currently offer activities for EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4 and Sixth Forms.
Higher Learning Potential
For students with a high learning potential our Mobile School Team Building Days are a great way to challenge, push and inspire them. With learners often easily understanding information, making quick analysis and using memory capacity to speed up their learning our complex, multi layered challenges are a perfect match. We are happy working with small groups of students in one school to larger groups of students from a cluster of schools. What ever the format your students will thrive on the challenges set.

Team Building For EYFS - KS5
The Problem Solving Company has become a well-known presence in Primary, Secondary, and Sixth Form Colleges across Surrey. Over the years, we have developed a variety of bespoke team building activity kits designed with differentiation in mind, allowing us to engage a wide age range. For younger children, we create challenges that are simple and accessible, while for older students, we offer sophisticated, multi-layered activities that push their limits.

Mobile Maths Activity Days in Surrey
The Primary School Maths Workshops that we run in Surrey provide students with a kinaesthetic, hands on approach to mathematics. Each year group from reception to year 6 gets to experience our tailor-made activities that have been designed to coincide with the national curricular for that particular year. Not only will this challenge your student’s maths and critical thinking skills, but it will also test the student’s teamwork and provide an incite as to how well they can cope in a team environment.

The Problem Solving Company are constantly travelling the UK visiting Primary & Secondary Schools, Sixth Form Centres and Colleges. We even visit Universities. We don’t just visit the big towns and cities.

Bushcraft Days in Surrey
Take a walk on the wild side with our Bushcraft challenges. Our trained instructors safely provide fire lighting, stretcher building, water filtration and more to your students in your own school field. These activities are suitable for year 4 and upwards. This is a fantastic way to allow your students to practice their survival skills.
Team Building Activity Equipment
We have a huge range of equipment that we bring to schools in our easily distinguished Problem Solving Company vans. It has all been designed with school groups in mind. As well as being designed to be large and hands on for the students, the equipment has been created to allow for a group experience. This is integral to our activity days.

Indoor & Outdoor Challenge Days
With the British weather being as unpredictable as it is, we can not always plan to be outside for our team building days even in Surrey. During the warmer months we run most of our enrichment activities outside. We are happy using the playground, courts, astroturf with our preference being a field. On the days when the weather is not so kind and during the winter months we are just as at home in sports halls, gyms, dance studios and even classrooms. We are very flexible and can fit activities into most spaces. We have even used corridors!
SEND Team Activities
We offer a wide variety of team building activities, in Surrey, specifically designed for pupils with Special Educational Needs. One of our most effective options is the Challenge Carousel, which works well because there are no set time limits for each challenge. This eliminates unnecessary pressure and allows pupils to explore and develop their own solutions at their own pace. The Challenge Carousel features 32 different team building challenges that can be spread across a field or even set up in multiple classrooms, creating an environment that helps many SEN pupils thrive.
